Customization FAQ
1. Which products can be customized?
Currently, we offer customization on the following items:
✅ T-shirts, Pet apparels – Add your own text or design.
✅ Hoodies – Personalize with names, quotes, or logos.
✅ Joggers – Upload a design, logo, or custom text.

2. How do I customize my order?
- Select a customizable product from our shop.
- Choose any available options (color, size, style, etc.).
- Enter your custom text in the provided field OR upload an image (if applicable).
- Double-check your details before adding to cart!
3. Can I see a preview of my custom design before it’s made?
Some products may offer a live preview. If not, you can request a digital mock-up by leaving a note at checkout. If needed, we’ll send a proof before production.
4. What file types do you accept for custom images?
We recommend PNG, JPG, or SVG files. For the best print quality, images should be high resolution (300 DPI).
5. Can I request a fully custom design?
Yes! If you have a unique idea that isn’t listed, contact us before ordering, and we’ll do our best to bring it to life.
6. How long does it take to process custom orders?
Custom orders typically take 3 to 5 business days to process before shipping. Please allow extra time during peak seasons.
7. Can I return or exchange a customized item?
Because all customized items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our end. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within [3 days] of delivery, and we’ll work to resolve it.
