Personalized & Made-to-Order Policy

Overview

βœ… All products are made to order.
βœ… No returns on any products unless there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.
βœ… Defects/damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of the carrier’s delivery date β€” no exceptions.
βœ… No refunds on personalized items (custom names, dates, colors, phrases, or any custom request). Personalized items are final sale.
βœ… Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.


How to Report a Defect or Damage (within 5 business days)

Email [your support email] with:
βœ… Order number
βœ… Brief description of the issue
βœ… Clear photos: the entire item, close-ups of the issue, outer shipping box and shipping label
βœ… Keep all packaging until your claim is resolved (we may request a return or carrier inspection)

If approved: we will repair or replace the item with the same product, or issue store credit if a replacement is unavailable. Original-payment refunds are not available for personalized items.


Not Considered Defects

βœ… Minor color/contrast differences due to screen settings or print processes
βœ… Slight placement variances (within normal production tolerances)
βœ… Normal wear and tear after use or washing
βœ… Incorrect size/fit when the item matches the posted size chart


Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items

βœ… Personalized/custom items (any customization request)
βœ… Used, washed, or worn items
βœ… Items without original packaging (if a return is requested by us)
βœ… Final-sale or discounted items
βœ… Digital downloads


Order Changes, Cancellations & Addresses

βœ… Because items are made to order, orders may enter production quickly. If you need a change, contact us immediatelyβ€”once production begins, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
βœ… Wrong or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. We can assist with re-shipment at additional postage cost.


Carrier Issues (Lost or β€œDelivered” but Not Received)

βœ… If tracking shows β€œDelivered” but you did not receive the package, please contact the carrier to open a claim. We’ll help with documentation, but replacements/refunds are not guaranteed for confirmed deliveries.
